Real Yield
Fee distribution to NEUTRONSWAP users
In order to provide additional value to platform users and incentivise participation, NEUTRONSWAP has implemented a fee distribution mechanism called Real Yield. Under this mechanism, 50% of the fees generated from transactions executed on the platform will be allocated for various purposes.
30% Buy and Burn of Native NEUTRONSWAP Token ($SWAP)
Out of the total fees collected, 30% will be used to buy back the native NEUTRONSWAP token, represented as $SWAP, from the market. The tokens purchased through this process will be burned, effectively reducing the circulating supply of $SWAP. The buy and burn mechanism not only creates scarcity, but it also has the potential to increase the value of $SWAP tokens held by the community.
20% for Maintenance and Operations
To ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the protocol, 20% of the fees will be allocated towards maintaining and operating the NEUTRONSWAP platform. This allocation covers various operational expenses, such as development, infrastructure, security audits, marketing, and ongoing support for users. By allocating a portion of the fees to maintenance and operations, NEUTRONSWAP aims to provide a sustainable and well-supported trading environment for its users.
50% Reward to Platform Users
The remaining 50% of the fees will be distributed as rewards to platform users. This distribution will be based on various factors, such as the level of participation, liquidity provision, trading volume, or staking of $SWAP tokens. By distributing rewards to users, NEUTRONSWAP incentivises active engagement and contribution to the platform. Users will have the opportunity to earn additional tokens by actively trading, providing liquidity, or holding $SWAP tokens.
The Real Yield fee distribution mechanism ensures that the community benefits directly from the platform's success. By rewarding users with a significant portion of the fees generated, NEUTRONSWAP aims to foster a vibrant and engaged user base while promoting the long-term growth and sustainability of the protocol.
Note: The exact distribution percentages mentioned above are subject to change and may be adjusted based on the evolving needs and dynamics of the NEUTRONSWAP ecosystem.
